At Sardinia Yoga we dream of combining a relaxing beach holiday with our passion for yoga.

 

After a light snack, your daily sessions of energising yoga take place on the private, open-air beachfront yoga space.

 

Each day you will be led through a carefully designed series of postures, connected to the breath and linked in a flowing series.

 

Each posture has easier or more advanced forms, so everyone can practise at their own level.  Our teachers are hand- picked for their inclusive approach to teaching and have the time over the longer classes (2 hours) to devote more individual attention to you.

 

The relaxed atmosphere means that within each day's class there is time to pause and focus on specific aspects of the practise, building on previous days, so guests find a sense of achievement at how far they can progress in a week.

 

If you would like more yoga, our teachers can do 1-1 or small group classes later in the day. You can arrange these with the teacher each day during your holiday.

 

Our hope is that, by the end of the week, you will have developed a healthier toned body and be further down the lifelong journey that is yoga.
