Yoga is 8-10am every morning on our private, open-air yoga decks overlooking the beach
Optional light breakfast is available before yoga
For 2013, we offer the following classes:
4 May to 8 June: dynamic hatha yoga
9 June to 6 July: Two separate classes simultaneously on two decks. One more dynamic vinyasa-flow style and more hatha style. You can choose which you prefer. Most guests stick with one teacher for the week. After yoga, the group reunites for brunch at 11am
7-20 July: dynamic hatha yoga
21 July to 24 August: closed due to heat and crowds!
25 August-7 September: dynamic hatha yoga
8 September-5 October: Vinyasa-flow or hatha yoga. Choice of classes as above

The longer classes give plenty of time for individual attention from the teachers and to focus on specific aspects of the practice giving a sense of achievement at how far you can progress in just a few days.
Yoga classes are open to beginners and more experienced practitioners
After yoga is delicious healthy sociable brunch at 11am (special diets available)
If you would like more yoga, our teachers do 1-1 or small group classes later in the day. You can arrange these with the teacher each day during your holiday
