"My Yoga journey began when I was 21. I purchased a magazine which came with a free gift. A VHS introducing Yoga for the complete novice. Only 10 minutes. Just 4 postures. I practised everyday for a week. I became hooked. Something shifted in me. I felt an emotional positive charge that I was so in need of. I felt stronger and lighter. That VHS changed the way I felt about myself and the way I lived in the world. One year later I enrolled myself on a teacher training course. I have never looked back. Yoga has enriched my life in countless ways. I feel so blessed that the healing and transformative art of Yoga came into my life when it did and I relish the opportunity to play a part in guiding you on your Yoga journey at Sardinia Yoga. I so look forward to meeting you there"
